Refund Policy

If you cannot attend your scheduled class. You have 24 hours before the start of the on-site training to reschedule at no charge. After 24 hours your scheduled on-site training can be canceled but not rescheduled.  For any reason that "Hand Over Heart Rescuer" needs to cancel your class, you will have the option of a full refund or to reschedule your on site training per your convenience.

You have the option to cancel any on site training 48 hours before the scheduled class for a full refund. After 48 hours the training can only be rescheduled.
